स्याटेलाइट निर्माणदेखि प्रक्षेपणको कामसम्म संलग्न रहेका सबै वैज्ञानिकलाई उnले बधाई दिँदै यसबाट नेपालको प्रतिष्ठा बढेको उल्लेख गरे ।
