Corona virus: Fearless mind



Covid-19 (Corona virus) is an infectious disease. Most people infected with the covid-19 virus will experience mild to moderate respiratory illness and recover without requiring special treatment. For this, expertises are trying to make medicine but still it was not.

People are afraid by this disease. 1/4 of people are dying by Covid-19. Now on this situation, people are locked inside their own home. People cannot go anywhere, cannot do anything. So, people mind are distracted and can’t think what to do and what not to do? Because of Covid-19 people are afraid of result of this diseases and dying also.

Ability to focus the attention and at the sometime, ignore other unrelated thoughts is very difficult to the humans. People are evolved to react poorly to the kind of uncertainly and unpredictability argues and expectation, because both makes us feel a perceived lack of control. People are hard-wired to respond to threats, to protect themselves. But it is very difficult do, when the threat is so uncertain and potentially far reaching. That’s where people start to see people take on more unusual behavior.

Now-a-days, people are free. They do not have anything to do. So, people’s brains are slowly become empty. If brain became empty, then the evil mind will activate and people forced to do illegal work. Spending time at home is very difficult. But Covid-19 forced to people to stay locked at home which makes human brain unbalanced and fear of virus could increase.

Similarly, covid-19 also affect on child psychology also. Mental growth of child change over the course of their development. The growth and development of the child defers to how a child interact their parents and themselves. Because of lockdown, school and collages are closed. Child is afraid of the virus and their mind is distracted.

On this situation, parents should help their children to know their children interest and ability and encouraged them to do creative things. Parents should taught their children about life skills and should maintain their daily routine. Children should involved in extra curriculum activities interacting with their elders. During this condition, parents should give more priority to their children.

Now, the economic statuses of whole country are going down. At this condition, people are not thinking going abroad but also thinking about economic condition of own. Youth are confused on this how their condition will be upgrade. At the context of Nepal there is no opportunity of good job also. So, are forced to go abroad but thinking of this situation people are afraid. And Nepali youth and adults who are in foreign countries are in problem because of this disease. They are raising their voice over the government to bring them back to their home country. So, youth have hope from government.

Many expertise recommend people through different media to do what people can to reassert a sense of control over their fears, without overreacting and risking contributing to public panic. That includes staying informed without overdoing it and makes you ready on different situation.

Improving your mental focus is achievable but that doesn’t mean that it’s always quick and easy. If it was simple, then we would all have the razor-sharp concentration of an athletic.

Although, people should utilize this free time by doing different activities. They can concentrated their mind by yoga, physical exercise, cooking, work in garden , reading , research of new things etc. which makes them healthy as well as activates body organs.

The ability to concentrate on something depends in our environment and direct mental effort towards it is critical for learning new things, performing well across a wide variety of situation.

It will take some real effort on their part and they may have to make some changes to some of their daily habits. So, to be active and concentrated on lockdown , first people should be alert and should make fearless mind.

Here are some tips, to make our brain focused :

 Prepare your brain first while start working

 Understand yourself what you are doing

 Eliminate distractions

 Focus on one thing at a time

 Practice Mindfulness

 Involving yourself on different activities etc.

Last but not least make your mind fearless, stay home, enjoy every moment and always be happy.
